We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to manage financial transactions at our hospital/diagnostic center.
The ideal candidate will handle billing, process payments, and ensure accurate record-keeping while providing excellent customer service to patients.
Key Responsibilities
Process payments for medical services, including consultations, tests, and procedures.
Generate and issue invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.
Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and other payment methods securely.
Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile daily transactions.
Assist patients with billing inquiries and provide clear explanations of charges.
Collaborate with the accounts and administrative team to ensure smooth financial operations.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and confidentiality regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or billing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Proficiency in using POS systems.
Strong numerical and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately.
If you have worked previously in a Hospital is a plus.
