Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with business goals.
Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
Lead long-term financial planning and forecasting.
Support mergers, acquisitions, and investment decisions.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Monitor financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Maintain compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate external audits and tax filings.
Ensure strong internal controls and corporate governance.
Cash Flow & Capital Management:
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
Oversee capital structure, debt management, and equity financing.
Build relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
Risk Management:
Identify financial and operational risks.
Implement risk mitigation strategies.
