Trucrete is seeking three (3) experienced Foremen to join our team. This role is vital for managing increased workloads and ensuring the successful execution of road construction operations.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision: Oversee daily road construction operations and ensure strict compliance with project specifications. Crew Leadership: Assign tasks, mentor staff, and manage worker performance to maximize productivity.
Safety Compliance: Enforce OSHA regulations and safety guidelines, conduct regular toolbox talks, and maintain a safe working environment.
Project Scheduling: Develop work schedules to meet critical deadlines, such as coordinating paving immediately following grading.
Resource Management: Coordinate the use and maintenance of heavy machinery, tools, and materials.
Reporting: Prepare detailed daily progress reports, labor hours, and tracking of materials utilized for management.
Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
Education: High School Diploma or a diploma in a skilled trade (e.g., Operator or Technician).
Essential Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven problem-solving abilities.
