Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Prepare and publish job adverts across appropriate platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
Source candidates through various channels including headhunting, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen CVs and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct interviews (phone, virtual, and physical) and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding.
Carry out background checks, reference checks, and verification of credentials.
Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.
Provide regular recruitment reports and analytics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 1 – 3 years experience.
