Executive Assistant at Survival Agricultural Hub Limited

Survival Agricultural Hub Limited is a dynamic and growing company where we deal with Layers Poultry Farm, Egg production and Fish Farming. We are looking for a diligent and organized Operations Assistant with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the efficiency of our business processes.Responsibilities

Efficiently manage and perform tasks within designated deadlines with effective coordination and support in CEO/MD-led projects, measured by the projects staying on schedule and within budget, as well as achieving the defined objectives.
Manage schedule of business/corporate meetings coupled with CEO/MD’s calendar without conflicts or delays.
Accurately plan travel arrangement, itineraries and documentations.
Maintain accuracy in preparing, filing, presentations, research and retrieving documents, contracts, and reports as needed by the CEO/MD timely.
Represent the CEO in meetings, events and other presentations where the need arises ensuring professional communication with clients, partners, investors and other external parties.
Perform duties outside the office environment which may include clients office, CEO/MD residence and other operation areas of (SDGs Business Consult, Survival Poultry Farm Services, BOND Properties).
Proactive and creative initiative in addressing executive needs while handling and resolving issues independently.
Efficient handling of the CEO/MD emails including responding, filtering and prioritizing.
Supervise MD/CEO’s projects for (SDGs Business Consult, Survival Poultry Farm Services, BOND Properties).
Successfully manage projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO/MD.
In conjunction with the PA, execute, manage, coordinate and organize internal and external events.
Ensure effectiveness in representing the CEO/MD and the brands across (SDGs Business Consult, Survival Poultry Farm Services, BOND Properties) all public and private forums, measured by feedback from internal and external stakeholders/clients.
Successful coordination and scheduling of interviews, press conferences, and other media engagements for the CEO/MD, measured by the number of positive mentions in the media.
Maintenance and enhancement of relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients, evaluated through stakeholder feedback and the frequency of positive interactions.
Contribution to enhancing the CEO/MD’s personal brand through active and strategic social media management, measured by follower growth, engagement rates, and positive sentiment analysis.
Maintain and promote the image of the CEO/MD through generating at 4 contents weekly via different media platforms.
Increase the CEO/MD online visibility, followers and engagement on all his social media pages through creating content around the brands voice of (SAHL, SDGs Business Consult, Survival Poultry Farm Services, BOND Properties).
Ensue quality and relevance of written content, video content produced for speeches, reports, presentations, and social media, reflecting the CEO/MD’s vision and company objectives.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years experience.
