Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams across assigned client sites to ensure service delivery meets company standards.
Inspect facilities regularly to identify areas requiring special attention and ensure cleaning tasks are completed effectively.
Prepare and manage cleaning schedules, assign duties, and ensure adequate staffing for each site.
Train new and existing cleaning personnel on standard operating procedures, use of cleaning equipment, safety practices, and customer service.
Monitor inventory of cleaning materials and supplies, and coordinate timely restocking.
Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, job completion, complaints, and corrective actions.
Respond to client inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all job sites.
Report equipment breakdowns or maintenance needs and follow up on repairs.
Support recruitment and onboarding of cleaning staff as needed.
