Inventory management on ERP (Receivables and insurance of stocks to customers via invoice on ERP).
Sending of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Logistics Manager (DIMS, IRA, KPI BOARD etc.).
Daily reconciliation of stock card with ERP.
Administration of quickbooksand accurate reporting.
Regular inventory check (Monitoring of daily cycle count, weekly and monthly count).
Escalation of products close to expiry (minimum of eight months to expiration).
Adhering to company’s SOP.
General administration of warehouse activities including coordinating warehouse assistants and stockhandlers.
Excellent transport planning for efficient delivery (Route Plan).
Carry out any other duties assigned by the management.
Minimum Requirements
Candidates should possess a BSc / HND.
Minimum of 3 years experience in logistics or FMCG is required.
Must be a matured, responsible and well mannered
Computer literacy is a must.
