An Educational School in AbujaResponsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical support to staff and students across all campuses
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware devices such as computers, printers, cameras, projectors, and other school tech equipment
Support the setup and maintenance of school-specific software, including administrative and educational tools
Manage and support tools commonly used in software development environments (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack)
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes by setting up and disabling accounts, emails, and access rights
Maintain records of tech inventory, and assist with system updates or upgrades
Work closely with school administrators to ensure the smooth operation of all tech tools and systems.
Requirements
Proven experience in tech support (both software and hardware)
Good knowledge of tech systems used in schools
Familiarity with school management software and software development tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
