The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of relevant work experience, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of quality management systems, inspection procedures, and compliance standards within the construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, inspection checklists, and quality documentation.
Conduct routine inspections, material testing, and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
Monitor and verify construction and engineering processes to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
Identify non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare quality reports, documentation, and progress summaries for management and clients.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and external stakeholders to ensure consistent quality across all phases of the project.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with ISO and company-specific quality systems.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 – 5 years experience in QA/QC roles within the construction, civil works, or engineering industry.
Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, material standards, and inspection techniques.
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and other relevant quality frameworks.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
