Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security staff.
Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments.
Monitor security operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Respond to security incidents and emergencies, providing leadership and coordination.
Train and mentor security personnel, ensuring they are knowledgeable about security protocols and procedures.
Liaise with law enforcement and other external agencies as necessary.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security operations and incidents.
Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of security equipment.
Requirements
Diploma in a related field.
3 – 5 years of experience in security, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Security certification as evidence of training in the field of security.
Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to respond to security incidents and emergencies calmly and effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Proficiency in using security technology and systems.
