Manage day-to-day administrative operations across the company.
Oversee office supplies procurement, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures.
Coordinate travel, meeting schedules, and company events.
Maintain accurate company records, documentation, and filing systems.
Supervise and support junior administrative staff to ensure productivity.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in administration, preferably in real estate or corporate settings.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
