We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrative Officer to oversee day-to-day administrative activities and provide effective support to management and project operations.
The ideal candidate should have 10 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably within the construction industry, with strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative and office operations.
Provide administrative support to management and project/site teams.
Manage company records, contracts, invoices, permits, correspondence, and other documentation.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, calendars, and official correspondence.
Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and other administrative documents.
Coordinate with project managers and site teams on documentation and administrative requirements.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, clients, and other external stakeholders when required.
Support HR-related administration, including attendance, staff records, and documentation.
Ensure proper filing, documentation, and implementation of administrative procedures.
Requirements
HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ proven administrative experience.
Previous experience in a construction company is mandatory.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
