Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving complaints, and maintaining high service standards across the store team.
Requirements
HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with the maturity and confidence needed to effectively drive store performance and achieve set targets.
Strong people-management skills, with the ability to supervise staff, assign tasks, maintain discipline, and foster a positive work environment.
Excellent customer service orientation, ensuring customers receive quality support, prompt attention, and an overall pleasant in-store experience.
