Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse and store operations efficiently.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods.
Coordinate the distribution and dispatch of products.
Ensure proper arrangement and organization of stock items.
Conduct regular stock taking and inventory audits.
Prevent stock loss, damage, or theft through proper control measures.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness within the warehouse / store.
Prepare inventory and operational reports for management.
Supervise warehouse/store staff activities.
Ensure timely replenishment of stock when necessary.
Monitor product quality and expiry dates where applicable.
Implement company policies and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other departments.
Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and storage systems.
