We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer with proven experience in the tech recruitment or talent acquisition industry.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth for our tech recruiting services.
This role requires a deep understanding of the tech hiring landscape and the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to HR decision-makers, CTOs, CIOs, and hiring managers in technology-driven companies.
Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target markets, including startups, fintechs, banks, and enterprise tech teams.
Pitch and sell tech recruitment and staffing solutions to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CHROs, CTOs, CIOs, and Talent Acquisition Managers.
Collaborate with internal teams (recruiters, account managers, and marketing) to tailor solutions that meet client-specific needs.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback using CRM tools.
Monitor industry trends, client hiring needs, and competitor activity to identify new growth areas.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management— preferably in a tech recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting environment.
Strong understanding of tech roles (e.g., software engineers, DevOps, data analysts) and recruitment cycles.
